🧭 Getting Started with dealhead

This guide assumes you do not yet have a dealhead account. If you already have an account, you can simply login with your previously created credentials in Step 1.

1️⃣ Create a New Account

  • Click Sign Up Now to create your account.

Follow the multi-step authentication process to verify your credentials.

💡 Tip: You can use any valid email address to create your dealhead account, including public domains like gmail.com or outlook.com. However, if you plan to collaborate with others in your Organization (company/firm/etc.), it’s best to use your Organization’s domain (for example, [email protected]). dealhead automatically recognizes shared domains and groups users from the same Organization together — making it easier to manage your Team and ensure everyone has the right access.

Once you’re signed in, you’ll land on your Home Page.

2️⃣ Create Your First Project

From the Home Page, click + New Project.

After creating a Project, you’ll be taken directly to the Checklist Tab.

Here you can:
• Create Milestones to track major goals.
• Add Checklist Items under each milestone to manage tasks.

These form the foundation of every Project in dealhead.

3️⃣ Add and Invite Team Members

Head to the Teams Tab to collaborate with others.

  • Click + Add Members to invite new users to your Team.

  • Each person added will receive an invitation (as long as they have access — see next step).

💡 Tip: Keep internal and external users organized by clearly naming your Teams.

4️⃣ Publish for Team Visibility

By default, only your internal team can see your Project’s checklist.

  • If you add someone outside of your Organization, they won’t have visibility until you Publish to My Team.

  • Likewise, external collaborators (on default Team 2) won’t see updates until you Publish for All Teams.

Publishing ensures you control who can access to the Project information..
